Jodi Young

Jodi Young is a massage therapist in Deland, Florida, who is also licensed in Cosmetology and Water Therapy. She studied for fifteen years in the United States, France, and India, with an emphasis on Traditional Massage, Ayervedic medicine, and Raja yoga.

Recovering from a condition which left her facing the loss of her leg, Jodi regained her health through the study and application of Indian Therapeutic Medicine, a journey from illness to health which enables her to identify and sympathize with those suffering from chronic pain today.

Given her unique training in Eastern and Western Body Mechanics and Healing, Jodi applies the “thousand-eyes-and-thousand-hands” technique. This method relieves pain and suffering from the catastrophic to the minor, from severe trauma to work-related backache.

The power of Jodi’s healing touch promotes a feeling of well being, and your wellness and freedom from pain are her main focus. Using a hands-on holistic approach, each of her massages is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
