I opened my office in 1997 and am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of CT as well as Nationally Certified through NCBTMB. In addition to my initial training I have received additional training in Frozen Shoulder and Hip, Myoskeletal and Myofascial Issues, Fibromyalgia, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage. I became a Certified Hypnotherapist through NGH in 1998 and see clients for Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, Stress Reduction and ADD/ADHD. Also during 1998 I became a Reiki Master and offer individual sessions for stress reduction, balancing and overall well being as well as classes to promote self care.
