My family and I fell in love with Northern Colorado six years ago and were blessed with the opportunity to move to Fort Collins in 2011. My husband and I have 4 wonderful children and are happy to make Colorado our home!
I earned both a Master of Science Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science, with minors in anthropology and geography, from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), in San Luis Obispo, California.
As a Registered Psychotherapist and partner in Counseling Partners of Northern Colorado, I am blessed to work in a beautiful setting with a wide variety of clients. Counseling Partners of Northern Colorado’s mission is to partner with children, families, individuals and couples on their journey for health and healing by providing authentic, nurturing, evidence-based counseling. Our goal is for you to live a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.
I believe that each person has the potential to lead a healthy, authentic, and fulfilling life. Yet, there are times in all our lives when our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors make that difficult. Counseling is a journey to the life of your dreams. It has bumps and rough spots that we will navigate through together.
In session, you will receive acceptance, warmth, empathic listening and gentle challenges that will allow you to gain better insight into yourself and your relationships. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to help you find hope, heal past hurts, and create the life you desire. I believe deeply in the power of therapy to change lives.
