I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who owns and operates a private practice in San Mateo, CA. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults and families and helping them through the challenges of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns and managing stress.

I facilitate three Teen Girls’ Support Groups-Pre-Teens(10-12), Teens(13-15), and Older Teens (16-18). The areas of focus in these groups are on self esteem, friendship/relationship skills, anxiety/stress-reduction, body image and wellness. I also offer a Women-in-Transition Group which focuses on parenting concerns, career/job transitions, health concerns, codependence, general wellness and grief/loss. These groups are offered in Jan, March and September and run for 8 weeks.

I offer daytime and evening hours as well as Saturday appointments.
