I have offices in Fredericksburg and Petersburg,Va and have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2002. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage,Myofascial Release,Trigger Point Therapy and Relaxation Massage.
I have helped many people who suffered from pain and numbness caused by herniated,bulging and compressed vertebral disks. I specialize in the relief of low back pain,Sciatica and neck and shoulder pain and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as well as stress related conditions such as Fibromyalgia,Anxiety and Depression and muscle strain from vigorous workouts or sport activities.
I have helped clients find relief from pain and stiffness brought on by injuries that occurred several years prior and had found little help from conventional medical treatment other than surgery and pain medication. The techniques I use help to return muscles and surrounding tissues which have become stiff due to injury or overuse to a more normal,flexible consistency thus relieving pain and restoring circulation to the tissue.
