Erie Colorado Chiropractor 80516, Dr. Richard Day moved to Colorado as a child and has been enjoying its beauty ever since. After high school, he spent several years writing and producing music for the band he played in with his brother and close friends, performing in the resort towns of Aspen and Breckenridge, and in the remote states of Alaska, and Hawaii. Dr. Day was introduced to Chiropractic when his infant son, Eric, began treatment to ease his colic. Eric’s remarkable improvement through Chiropractic care set Dr. Day’s life on a new course beginning with enrolling in the pre-med program at the University of Colorado, and continuing on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas (CCC), to complete his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees. While in school, Dr. Day attended an array of extracurricular seminars to expand his knowledge of health care and chiropractic. Upon graduation, he returned to Colorado to intern with Joseph Dziezgowski, DC, CCSP in Aurora and was soon hired on as an examination doctor. While in his employ, Dr. Day joined the Colorado Chiropractic Association and has continued to increase his knowledge and experience focusing on posture re-education, core strengthening, custom orthotics, sports rehabilitation, and optimal wellness lifestyles. Dr. Day is grateful to have found such a wonderful location in Erie, Colorado and looks forward to helping to build a healthy and happy community.
