Are you feeling stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed? Are experiences or memories from your past interfering with your daily life? Are you managing your feelings with food or alcohol? If you’ve arrived here, chances are you are hurting in some way. Maybe you can’t fall asleep at night. Maybe you worry all the time, and feel like you just can’t turn your mind off and get some peace. Maybe fear is paralyzing you from moving on with your life. Maybe you’ve been using alcohol or food to help you cope with these feelings.

Whatever it is, it’s okay. We all get stuck sometimes on the path to health and wellness. I see it as my role to help you get back on that path. Very often, people can achieve relief from anxiety and trauma with the support and guidance of a skilled counselor.

I use solution-focused therapy techniques in my work, as well as relaxation, breathing, and gentle yoga exercises to help you learn to quiet your mind and get relief from anxiety. I know it can be scary to seek counseling for the first time. Please call me for a free phone consultation.
