For 45 years I have been studying and working in the field of Human Development. For the past 15 years I've been working as a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the public mental health system in Philadelphia. I am fortunate to be able to love the work I do in the field that I find to be the most fascinating. Experience has taught me that people can change, become healthier and happier. I greatly enjoy being the person who can help them make those changes. My approach to therapy is highly empathic and motivational. My past, present and future education is wholistic because I know that emotions, thoughts and behaviors work together. I incorporate physical health in my approach due to my experiential understanding that mental and emotional health depend on physical health. I work with the whole person.
