Sara Foster MS, LMP, RYT, NCTMB
Yoga Instructor with an emphasis on Iyengar Yoga
My goal in practicing bodywork is to help people become more comfortable and relaxed in their bodies, by empowering them to achieve greater self-awareness, health, and personal power. Everyone needs time away from schedules and to-do lists to breathe and be present. I graduated with a Masters in Botany from WSU a few years ago, and so I understand the stress and rigors of academic life. I believe that massage is a wonderful way to treat yourself to a dose of peace and rest in the midst of a busy day.
I have two years of experience teaching yoga and have had my own massage practice here in Moscow since spring of 2006. It is a joy to work with clients to help them realize their ability to move through their day with more ease.
