I am a licensed doctor of chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a certified provider of both Active Release (ART) and Graston Techniques. I own Elite Chiropractic & Sport in Columbia, Maryland. The focus of my practice is on the rehabilitation of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders, using an active care model that encourages independence through therapeutic exercise and education on proper body mechanics and self-care strategies.
