I’m a trauma-informed life coach with over 10 years of personal and professional experience supporting women through emotional pain, childhood trauma, toxic relationships, and major life transitions. While I don’t have a traditional coaching certification, my expertise comes from real life, mental health work, and walking this healing journey myself. I’m also pursuing my BA in Sociology to deepen my understanding of people and systems that impact our growth.
My coaching style is raw, honest, supportive, and empowering. I help women recognize their patterns, rebuild their self-worth, and take intentional steps toward healing. Whether you feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward, I’ll meet you with compassion and clarity—no fluff, no judgment.
Clients who work with me often leave with:
A deeper understanding of their emotional wounds
Tools for managing triggers and self-sabotage
More confidence in their voice, boundaries, and decisions
A sense of peace and a plan to move forward
If you’re ready to heal and grow, I’m here to guide you.
