Alesha Carey

Alesha Carey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic mental healthcare. With over two years of experience in the field, she has a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a passion for empowering individuals on their path to mental wellness. Alesha has a particular interest in treating individuals struggling with anxiety disorders and mood disorders. Additionally, she is an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and veterans. Alesha utilizes a collaborative approach, integrating various therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and talk therapy. Alesha works with adolescents and adults (age 13+) seeking support for their mental health journey. Alesha believes in creating a safe and supportive space where open communication is encouraged.
