Dr. Laura Shwaluk

From the age of 10, when I decided I wanted to be a chiropractor, my focus has been on how the body works and how to be healthy. My bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in cellular, molecular, and microbial biology gave me the background to understand the body and health on a microscopic level. Graduating cum laude from Parker Chiropractic College taught me how the body heals on both microscopic and macroscopic levels. The past 11 years of chiropractic practice and hundreds of hours of continuing education have further helped me guide thousands of people to healthy lives.
Hometown: Plano, TX United States
Interests: My plan is to reduce the incidence of breast cancer from the current rate of one in eight women down to less than one in thirty women who develop breast cancer. I need your help to make this plan successful.

You can help by doing these three things:
1. On an individual level Take Charge! of your own health. Do the action steps you learned in this book to be healthy.
2. On a community level invite your friends, family, and coworkers to Take Charge! too. Share this information with them and ask them to join you.
3. On a nationwide level invite me to speak at your women’s groups, church, or other large group you belong to.
You can reach me at invite@breastcancerprevention.info

Thank you in advance for helping the world be a healthier place!
