Robert W. Gray has been helping both startups and established companies grow and achieve success for over 25 years. As a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Ralph Schindler, he developed his knowledge of business/tax planning and commercial/white-collar criminal law. As General Counsel and SVP of Business & Legal Affairs at Varitalk, Inc., he provided leadership to Varitalk’s business and legal teams, helping guide the company’s direction. As founder and attorney at Gray Matters Law & IP Consulting Firm, he provided legal services and financial consultation to many startups and small businesses. He went on to become Senior Corporate Counsel at 777 Partners before reaching his current position as CEO of Insurety Capital. Today, Robert leads a team providing insurance companies with innovative ways to gain operating capital.
