As a practicing Massage Therapist of over 14 years, I have over 500 hours of training in modalities ranging from pregnancy massage to reflexology, and have trained to specialize in advanced lymphatic treatments as well as clinical and medical massage.
I also have over 175 hours of advanced training in Jin Shin Do Acupressure (www.jinshindo.org) which incorporates a combination of Reichian theory, Eriksonian technique, Qi Gong breath-work and Acupressure meridian theory.
Through my years of experience, I have developed a multi-modalities approach to healing involving energy work, visualization, lifestyle modification, and physical output (massage, aerobics, etc.).
