But they never tell you how long it will take. How about when they tell you not to worry because you’ll find someone else, whether you want someone else or not? Has it ever felt that no matter how busy you keep yourself you can never escape the heartache?
Grief is the normal and natural reaction to any significant emotional loss.
Grief is the feeling of reaching out for someone who’s always been there before, only to discover, when I need them this time…they’re not there. There are many different types of loses: death of a loved one, divorce, moving, breakups, loss of a pet, change in job or finacial situation.
