I love my new life of being fit! Thanks to Take Shape for Life/Optavia, I was able to lose over 30 pounds and have kept it off for over 5 years now! I learned healthy habits and a new way of thinking about food. I know I will never be overweight again! I want everyone to have what I have and that's why I decided to pay it forward and be a health coach. I love helping others to reach their goals and to see what is possible for them!
