I take great pride in bringing much needed relief, and therefore calm, to people who want to resolve the stress in their body.   The techniques I'm trained to use incorporate structural release, the energetic healing arts and relational guidance to help people become aware of the source of their stress
in order to create resolution for themselves.
 
My experience in the healing arts industry spans 26 years, for which I have accrued 6,000 hours of training and certifications in body therapy and the body/mind/spirit connection.  I am an educator in structural release massage and offer training in self discovery.    I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist and Ordained Minister. I am also a a Licensed Aesthetician and offer a full range of 
progressive skincare options to replenish, revitalize and renew.
