I believe my client's problems and struggles are not always necessarily due to abnormal psychopathology, but can sometimes be normal reactions to living in a stressful, fast-paced, complex, evolving, and sometimes contradictory society. I strive to understand each of my client's issues and struggles in the context of his or her own lives rather than in reference to a theoretical model that focuses on pathology. Therefore, in our work together, I will always strive to understand you from your own life perspective(s), based on who you are, your values, your cultural beliefs, and the unique pressures and stresses you experience on a daily basis.
