Scott Proctor

Prior to founding Inspirations USA, Scott was the founder and lead partner of a treatment center in Murray, Utah. Under Scott’s leadership, the company expanded from a single facility to five, within five years. Scott sold his stake in the business to start Inspirations USA so that he could continue to assist others in their recovery. He has applied the learnings and best practices from his Utah experience to ensure every patient of Inspirations gets the best treatment possible.

Scott Proctor had his life interrupted by the disease of addiction. While going through treatment himself, Scott gained interest to explore the traditional models of rehabilitation facilities. After significant research he was determined not only to make the treatment better but to make it more affordable as well. Scott sought to turn his former weakness into strength so he devised an entirely new management program for rehabilitation centers, which ensures both better care and lower costs to the patient.

As founder and president of Inspirations USA, Scott and his team seek to provide the most cost effective substance abuse treatment in America. Inspirations USA utilizes a fusion of both the traditional 12-Step model and evidence based therapy conducted by the highest quality licensed therapists in the industry. Daily personal fitness training, chef prepared organic menu, individual therapy, groups therapy of 8 or less participants. Inspirations USA has patients engage in extensive outdoor activity on the weekends, which may include hiking, boating, golf, horseback riding, and all that Paradise, Nevada has to offer. A born entrepreneur, Scott has been the owner, CEO, or CFO of many companies over the course of his career, including a large accounting practice in Toronto, Canada. He has been involved with companies doing business all over the globe, including, Russia, Caribbean, Canada, Australia, in addition to business across the United States.
