Together we can explore what has been on your mind to cause your distress. We can also work on resolving your personal relationship conflicts. I will listen closely to what you have to say, and the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals, and you will learn to be proactive rather than reactive when faced with challenging situations.
