Hello, I’m Hannah, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Functional Nutrition practitioner and a type 1 diabetic, who serves, coaches and works alongside people desiring a healthy life, healthy body and healthy heart.
My goal is to help you become mindful of and responsible for your food choices — whether it’s at the supermarket, at work, in a restaurant, or in your kitchen.
“Diet” in Greek means “way of life,” so it’s not just about weight…but the way you live that matters.
Feeling good about what you eat, and how that food makes you feel physically and emotionally, is a relationship I can help make last throughout your lifetime.
I specialize in diabetes, heart disease, blood pressure and cholesterol management, GI diseases and disorders and food allergies and intolerance's.

Interests: When I’m not creating irresistible, health promoting meal plans, or teaching on living a “type none” life, I can be found walking my diabetic alert dog (DAD), Jazz, and her energetic “cousin” Aleksa. My all-time favorite things are creating healthy food that tastes great (I would spend all day tinkering in the kitchen if time allowed) and reading the Bible, cookbooks and recipes.
