Highly qualified clinicians and physicians provide diagnostic assessment services to screen and identify high risk areas upon admission to rehabilitation services and develop a written plan of care. Compass Behavioral Health provide's individual/group & family therapy/occupational & neurobehavioral exams.Other services are... basic skills training, psycho social rehabilitation & Medication Management provided by our board certified psychiatrist. Only medicaid insured patients accepted at this time.
