I use an empathetic, warm style that is based in deep clinical knowledge about how our thoughts, emotions and behaviors impact our lives. My approach is realistic, yet nurturing and is rooted in family systems, neuropsychology and the mind-body connection. I work with clients in the present moment, drawing on past experiences and relationships to build personal insight. I believe in assessment as a means to help identify the right strategies for each individual.

I provide individual, family and group counseling. My preferred interventions fall within Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Psychodynamic therapies. I work from a family systems base.
