Ben Smetana

I was born and raised in Pine City, MN. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1999. I attended chiropractic school at Northwestern College of Chiropractic, receiving my Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Cum Laude honors in 2003. In 2005, I teamed up with Dr. Heidi Salonek to form Oak Springs Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center, a state of the art wellness center that specializes in creating custom wellness programs for individuals of all ages. I am a certified Creating Wellness practitioner through the Creating Wellness Alliance. I currently live in White Bear Lake with my wife Jaclyn, our dog, Baily and two cats, Scout and Jack.
