Hi my name is Lynsey! I am a Energy Healer, Transformation Coach, and Spiritual Teacher. My passion is helping people break through blocks (negative thoughts, self doubt, stuck emotions, and old beliefs) and shift their energy so they can have the things they deeply desire (relationships, work, adventure, romance, confidence, etc). I do this by teaching individuals to connect deeply to their soul self, their truths, and their intuition.

I love my fur baby (cat) Sage. She totally warms my heart.
I am a small town girl at heart and love the simple things in life.
In 2010 I volunteered at a Retreat Center for 4 months (KRIPALU) it forever changed my life - and my goal/ mission is to create a local Kripalu. A place where people can show up, just be themselves, and feel an overwhelming sense of love, acceptance, and community. <3
