Dr. Abby J. Johnson, D.C. grew up on a ranch just outside of Colome, SD. She achieved her undergraduate degree at University of Nebraska Lincoln while pursuing her interest in the field of health care.
She received her Doctorate degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While she was in her 9th trimester at Palmer she was chosen to participate in the clinic abroad program and was designated to go to India for two weeks. During her clinic abroad clinical experience, she and 49 other students adjusted 10,000 people at local hospitals and shelters.
Prior to moving back to South Dakota, Dr. Abby J. Johnson, D.C. was given the opportunity to further expand her clinical knowledge while working under the mentorship of two highly sought after practitioners residing first in Pennsylvania for a year, and then Connecticut for her second year. Both practices were high volume offices which allowed Dr. Abby J. Johnson, D.C. to be exposed to both normal and difficult cases while at the same time enhancing her skill and confidence as a chiropractor.
