The Stark Diabetes Center is located in Suite # 115 in the Primary Care Pavillion on Harborside Drive.
For those who are not familiar with Galveston, when you cross the bridge onto the island, Harborside drive is the first exit you can take.
You take a left under the bridge, drive on down past the cruise ship docks, past the piers and we are located at Harborside and 6th street, on the left if you are coming from the north side of the island.
We are in a little building across the street from the main hospital, so parking is not only free ( bring your green ticket in to our cashier ) it is close, easy and safe.
We are located in Suite # 115.( That is closest to Entrace C )
If your diabetes is not in good control, don’t think about this too long. Controlling diabetes is often easier than you may have realized when you have the right people on board who can get you lined up with the right kind of medications.
