I believe in a client’s innate wisdom and knowledge to make good choices for their lives in a supportive and nurturing environment. I guide, educate and facilitate my clients to personal empowerment and healing. I believe that we all deserve fulfilling and happy lives and it is obtainable.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona (license # LPC-15211), EMDR trained therapist through the EMDR Institute, and a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist through EAGALA. I am eclectic in my approach using a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person Centered Psychotherapies (PCT). I work with adults and adolescents (age 12+). When conducting Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, I work with children as young as age 5.

With the skills that I bring to my practice, I can help you to find more peace, balance, relief and happiness . I am known to be authentic in my approach, compassionate, a great listener, concise and direct while balancing with support and encouragement.
