Amy E. Galena, MSH, RD, LD/N, is the owner of Bee Nutritious, an established business that specializes in eating disorders and child/adolescent weight management. Amy is a Master’s level dietitian, a certified personal trainer, and is certified in child/adolescent weight management. Amy is also an Author, her recent workbook "EAT to Your Good Health: Exchange Lists and Meal Planning for Eating Disorders" offers an excellent resource for the development of healthy eating habits for those challenged by eating disorders. Rather than focusing on calories, dieting, or weight gain, author Amy E. Galena, RD, lays out guidelines that encourage readers to develop a positive relationship with food for life-long health. In addition to Bee Nutritious, Amy works at a children’s hospital as the leading dietitian on the eating disorder units. Since beginning her career in medicine in 2001, she has realized her role in the health community is to teach people how to eat and live vibrantly.
