I am a Chiropractic Assistant who is a strong believer in innate healing and a wellness lifestyle. I am passionate about nutrition, physical, spiritual and emotional balance. I get to witness miracles everyday which drives my passion to be involved in the wellness world! I know it sounds so generic but because of the wellness aspect at my work my life has changed dramatically and I encourage everyone I meet to become balanced in all the components of a wellness lifestyle. I don't see the negative things in my life as problems but challenges that I will conquer and will make me even more of a powerful woman!!
