Silver Maples of Chelsea is a pet friendly, active retirement neighborhood/community, located in Chelsea, Michigan (just outside Ann Arbor), and is positioned to meet the changing needs of those 62 years and older, looking for an opportunity to explore and enjoy the next season of their life.

It’s a place where relationships take place with nature and with the friends you meet in our dining rooms and community spaces. It’s easy to be outdoors, talk with new and old friends, discover new things – to be engaged and connected because that’s what life is all about.

Silver Maples is located on 17 ½ wooded acres, in the small city of Chelsea, Michigan which is just outside Ann Arbor.  The City of Chelsea is a small city, rich with history and charm that offers world-class entertainment, health facilities, shopping, dining, art festivals and educational programs for all ages. As a resident of Silver Maples, you become part of the fabric of Chelsea and all it has to offer.

A well-designed, comfortably sized and carefully planned neighborhood, Silver Maples of Chelsea offers independent residential style senior living, licensed Assisted Living accommodations, as well as short stays through our respite program. A continuum of care is available for Skilled Nursing and Memory Care on a priority access basis through one of our sponsors, United Methodist Retirement Communities.
