This group is the best. I have a chronic illness and I could not ask for better people to work with. From Dr Fohrman, to his wonderful nurse Liz, the infusion room RN's and the entire staff, all give me the confidence that I have the best care available. They help make my life much easier.They make sure every single question is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make the extra effort to go the distance for me! I've never had to wait too long.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. I had to call for blood test results and his nurse was very helpful in explaining the results. Whenever I have questions, she has been prompt at returning my calls and getting answers to me.

He barely gave me any information at all, was very unprofessional, and had terrible bedside manner. He was rude and cut me off every time I tried to speak. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I left there with no treatment plan and still have no idea what my condition is. Their phone staff was not that friendly either, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again.. I was very disappointed. I have never posted a complaint before this either. :(

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous to all their patients. I've always appreciated how quickly they return my phone calls. They usually get back to me within two days. I never felt nervous in their care. I knew that I was in the care of an expert.
