Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I never have to worry about them using old or outdated equipment. Their equipment is high-quality and very advanced. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
