I have never been to this facility, but thank goodness for people like those of you who wrote the previous reviews, so I didn't make the mistake of going. I cannot believe how all of you were treated. Court ordered or self ordered makes no difference, if you need help you need help. I cannot believe this jerk still has a license. Those of you that have been wronged need to persue this, do not give up, this needs to be reported to the American Association of Psychiatry immediately. This is an outrage!! This supposed 'doctor' needs stopped and now!!

I am a current Customer/Client there. I have to tell ANYONE who wants to go, DO NOT GO. Dr Bharati seems great to work with but his wife is something else. They have 2 councelors there, Wallace and Gary that are good to work with. However, when it all boils right down to it, they are ALL in on the same "suboxone" scheme. They get you in there when you are vulnerable and in withdrawl off opiates, they charge you $400.00 CASH upfront even if you have insurance. There are NO NO NO NO NO exceptions to this rule. Why you ask? well, if you have every been in full blown opiate withdrawl you would know. You would pay $5,000 just to feel better if you could. So then they get you hooked on the Suboxone, they will NOT prescribe Suboxone unless you go to their IOP treatment 3 times weekly. The councelros have been good to me, but the staff is the WORST staff I have ever been around in my life. They will actually hold a prescription until you pay them. I promise you it seems as though they encourage atleast one relapse with opiate users, It really seems that way. I personally have relpased once and have spent a total of $800.00 cash upfront with them just to get in the door. If you leave the program and relapse, it doesnt matter if it is one day or one month, guess what, $400.00 CASH!!!! MY REVIEW IN SHORT: GO TO DR. TIMOTHY SCANDLIN

I made the mistake of getting involved with this facility and quickly realized several things:

They are set up to cater mainly to court orderd clients.

They prescribe Suboxone without the information packet that is supposed to come with the office visit or the registration card (the card is to be used in case you're in an accident. VERY IMPORTANT!!). I assume they omit this information because it directly conflicts with their story that the law requires "extensive outpatient therapy" in order to receive the drug.

They will extort a financial commitment to their program from you in order to continue to give you the drug that they addict you to. They will cut you off without a 30 day back-up supply if you don't play their sick games (which, by the way,is malpractice) This will throw you right back into withdrawal. Nice, huh??

Drugs are sold and solicited at their meetings. They turn a blind eye to the activity.

Other clients will approach you to sell your Suboxone to them. Again, the staff turns a blind eye.

When the "counsellor" is too busy (which is quite often)he will show the group a video (just like in grade school)in place of a proper meeting. These "meetings" are three hours long in the middle of the day and are very expensive, so this is a huge waste of a normally productive day.
In one specific session, the counsellor played the sermons of an evangelic lunatic who sounded a lot like James Brown. (no disrespect to James...) It was incredibly inapropriate. Even the court ordered clients were laughing behind the counsellor's back.

All in all, there are too many choices out there that are better, cheaper, and genuinely uplifting experiences.
These guys want to choke the life right out of you.

If you get involved with this misguided bunch, you can't say that you weren't warned!!!!!!

Take my advise and steer clear. Go out of town if necessary, but don't let these $#@1*&^'s get into your mind or your wallet.

It is truly a shame that these people are allowed to become involved in the lives of people who genuinely need help.
As far as I can see, this facility is in business to CASH IN on drug arrest victims and capitalize on their court ordered "therapy".
Unless you are mandated by some "higher power" (pun intended...) STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCREWBALLS AS POSSIBLE.
I made the mistake of trusting my problems to this group of people and all I have to show for it (besides a GREAT new doctor) are a bunch of headaches, wasted time, & money.
Of course, I regret the circumstances that necessitated my need for this type of care, but they only made matters worse.
They are apparently so used to dealing with criminals that they treat everyone as such.
You can expect to be treated with absolutely no respect, coutesy, and not to have any attempts at meaningful dialogue taken seriously. Apparently it's too much work to actually HELP...
It appears to me that the staff there finds it much easier to listen to irrelevant chatter than discussions of substance. And for God's sake, don't ask questions!! They will be very quick to tell you that you are just another loser addict and basically that they know more about you than you know about yourself.
I could go on and on, but I hope that as you do your research, you will realize that there are NO GOOD REVIEWS about this place for good reason!

I have seen Bharati on two occasions for treatment. The first time in 06. I had trouble paying my bill due to the size of it and insurance didn't pay all that great. They turned me over to collections and I paid my bill totally thru KCI Collections in Oct 2008. It is almost March 09 and they still have not applied that payment to my account. They are requiring me to pay my bill in full to receive my certificate saying I completed the program, YET, they won't apply the collections payment to my account. I have a receipt saying my debt was paid in full from the collections agency as does the doctors office. If there is an issue between collections and Dr Bharati that is not my issue, they need not bring me into it. Also this last visit my insurance pays in full my care. Bharati is trying to bill me the difference between what the insurance allows and what they usually charge. Once again I have to pay my bill to get my paper that the court wants to see but yet I don't owe them any money. I have turned my papers and all my info over to a lawyer who says I have a open and shut case but it's going to cost me a lot of money to settle this. Mrs Bharati has not been easy to work with and even with proof she refuses to listen to me. When I was talking to her about this she treated me like a child and slapped the counter and said no to me when ever I tried to say anything to her and then told me that until I paid she was not going to talk about it anymore. I think she needs to learn business tactics, insurance rules, and American laws. Just because your the doctors wife does not mean you are qualified to run the financials of an office.
On the brighter side of things, Gary and Wallace were easy to deal with and I had no problems with them...oh, and in my two courses at the office I never once saw a actual doctor...just Wallace and Gary.

This Doctor rub me the wrong way the moment I got out of our car, It was around 9:00 a.m. he was walking in the same time we were, and he said your kinda early aren't ya?(10 minutes), my husband and I looked at each other like is this guy the one I was seeing?
Well anyways, he called me in, my husband went with me, I was only there to see if I had ADD but he was very unprofessional, Rude, was asking personal questions that had nothing to do with ADD then he was making rude remarks about the mistakes I made in my past.Sorry I'm not perfect(everyone makes bad choices)
This is the worst experiences I have ever had with Any doctor in my untire Life!, Terrible, Beware!
Please don't waste your time
