Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

The wait time varied. Sometimes I was first on the list other times I had to wait a while. Their office was quiet most times, except the one time there was a woman there who embarassed herself and her three young children. The fill-in receptionist was very funny and I enjoyed the visits, just to see her.

If I could rank her as a "0 star", I would. She NEVER responded to phone calls, she NEVER sent documents when requested by other doctors OR the Social Security Administration, and her diagnoses were inaccurate. Also, when I asked for copies of my records, I was flat out DENIED access, which my understanding is that I am legally entitled to those.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
