I would like to say that for the most part, I have been happy. The PAs are knowledgable and caring and my appointments usually go off without a hitch.

However, Dr. Wright has been my physician for over two years (since the other doctors left the practice) and I have never seen the man, let alone met him. This lack of personal care has me seriously considering finding another doctor.

In addition, don't even bother calling about a prescription question or a refill. You can leave messages multiple times (with the information they specify) and nothing will ever be done. The only way I have ever been able to get a new refill prescription is to ask my pharmacy to call *them*. The office never returns calls or answers my questions unless I ask them in person.

Dr. Wright has been my Dr. for about 30 years. He is an excellent Dr. and is always ready to do what is necessary to find the solution to my medical problems and thanks to him I have very few. He is all about preventive care. What has always impressed me is that he truly cares about me and my health. I can't say enough, what an wonderful Dr.

Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
