It's not easy getting an appointment initially because Dr. McClain is extremely busy. The wait time exceeds my expectations based on all the other doctors I see. However, the wait time is directly connected to the amount of time the doctor spends with each patient. I cannot fault him for making me wait when I realize he is treating me as the only patient of the day. Dr. McClain is simply the best and well worth the wait. I would love to be able to e-mail him a question from time to time, but you must know he has a life outside of practicing medicine! :)

They always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous to all their patients. They've never take my any of my concerns as important, and do not take any of concern of mine very seriously. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They weren't able to answer a single one of my questions. I don't think they knew the answer to any of them. The parking at their office was terrible. I was looking for a spot for a very long time. The wait time is horrible. What is the point of making an appointment if when the wait can be up to five hours to get into a room and over an hour before the doctor comes in. I have never spent more than 2 minutes with this doctor on a visit. Even if I am in extreme pain and other thing are going on with me that is a concren he never check it out. He give me a priscription with the same medication that i have been taken for10 years. they are not as effective as they use to be. I help with the pain it is unbarable.......

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was in pain when I arrived for my appointment, but by the time I left I felt a million times better.
