Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I have been seeing John Goldman for years. I want to counter the review from Lakarah. We must be seeing 2 totally different doctors. Dr. Goldman has been nothing but professional the entire time I have been his patient. His manner can be a little "gruff" at times, but I just turn around and give it back to him. There was a time when I thought I wasn't going to ever get rid of the pain, Dr. Goldman helped me where I am now pain free. He has a committment to his patients that I have never seen with another doctor. The only reason I have not given him 5 stars is because sometime the wait can be a little long. On the other hand, thats because he will spend as much time as you need and will never rush you. So, I guess that's the trade-off.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are very understanding and compassionate, and always make sure their extremely careful with my joints during an exam. I'm never in any pain during my appointments. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
