Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I felt she was professional, well educated in my issue, and was personable and friendly.

She was ridiculously late to my appointment.
She tried to over-charge me (nearly 3 times my co-pay.
I felt rushed during the session.
She was very quick to prescribe drugs.

I would not go to her again and I would not recommend her to others.
