They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
