They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were very careful with my joints during my appointment and made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I felt completely comfortable choosing a treatment plan after they went over every single detail of my test results with me. It's so nice to fully understand what every test result means. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
