I don't feel Dr. Capote took interest in my case or helping me. It did seem he was only seeing me for the money. He recommended several different therapists, leaving it up to me to find out if they accepted my insurance. So far the first three didn't accept my insurance, and now they recommend I contact my insurance to find out who they use. Dr. Capote has no concern over what therapist I see, clearly showing no interest in me or my case. The building is handicap-accessible. The other departments of Dent Tower have proven to present doctors that do care, i.e. Neurology, Sleep Center, Imaging, etc. Physicians within the three departments I specifically mentioned went above and beyond caring for and treating me. Very nice, thorough, professional, and efficient. Which is more than I care to say for Dr. Capote.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
I waited forever for my appointment!
Does this provider welcome questions?
Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
