I have been a paitent of Dr. Usitalo for three years or so now. He has been a wonderful, caring doctor to me. I am getting married and moving out of the area. Due to the relocation I will not be able to continue my care with Dr. Usitalo and I am going to miss him and his staff. I wish them nothing but the best, and thankful for the care and consideration I recieved.
