Cheering for the death of an individual you didn't have the same beliefs in is a very unprofessional thing to do. If he is unafraid to act this way, then who's to say he wouldn't be biased on who he is trying to help/save based off their political beliefs. If a family member were to walk in and have a shirt with a different political belief who is to say that wouldn't affect the way he treats that individual patient. He needs to be fired and shouldn't be able to work in the medical field again.

Seems to think it is acceptable to glorify political assassination in front of patients and staff. His lack of ethics reflect poorly on both himself and his employer. Seek treatment elsewhere.
