Met Dr. McCormick when he was giving a free talk at Homers Coffee across the street from his office. I found it to be very interesting and I learned things about acupuncture and Chinese medicine I never knew. I had been getting acupuncture from my chiropractor but soon realized that this was nothing like what this acupuncture doctor provides. I went for a treatment later that day and it opened my eyes. I experienced not only relief from my pain but a sense of well-being and was given direction as to ways to improve my energy and hormone balance. He didn't peddle any supplements out of his office but just directed me down Metcalf to Natural Grocers to pick up a few items. Great experience and a great doctor.

With so many chiropractors providing acupuncture it can be hard to know the difference. Dr. McCormick is the only authentic Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) trained in the US and China, graduate of the country's top acupuncture and Oriental Medicine colleges (ocom.edu). I know because I am a graduate of a Masters program in San Diego. I get my acupuncture treatment from Terence when I am back home visiting family in OLP. You are in good hands and I am happy to endorse him

After dealing with heel pain for months it gave me trouble with my knee to from walking incorrectly. Went to see Dr. Terence at his office in the older part of OLP. I could tell by the first treatment that it was helping. I had no more pain. Very good that I didn't have to get shots or surgery. He was professional and nice.

My daughter and I met Dr. McCormick while he was giving a free informative talk in downtown old Overland Park. We just stumbled across it when we were in the neighborhood. We both have seen him for treatment. I was treated for hip and leg pain while my daughter is still under his care for fertility support since her (and my son-in-law) have been trying for their first child for two years. He has had great success helping other couples so we are all on board. He has a simple office in the heart of downtown by the Farmers Market. A one-man operation but it is clean, quiet and professional.

I first met Dr. McCormick in Fort Collins, CO when I was treated at his clinic there when I was dropping my son off at college last Fall. He fixed my sciatica after a 9 hour drive. Being so impressed with the quick results I encouraged him to open an office in the OLP area. He did and I am grateful. I have sent a few co-workers to see him and they all gave me great feedback. Recently he has been helping me with low T issues and I'm feeling the best I have in years.

This doctor has been doing house calls treating my mother who had a stroke 2 months ago. He has experience as an intern working at a hospital in China treating stroke patients. My mother is making a steady recovery and the therapy staff are very impressed with the quick progress she is making. The acupuncture is helping her very much and I will continue to make it part of my mother's care since it has been so helpful. Terence is very gentle and polite working with my mother and I appreciate that.

I took my 12 year old son to see this doctor for a knee injury from soccer. He used acupuncture, cold laser and taping to help him. He also gave my son an herbal combination that seemed to work well for him. That was a month ago and he has recovered fine and fast. He was back in action with sports faster than I expected. Glad nothing was torn, but I think most of my son's injuries are the typical sprains and strains of an active young athlete. I will take him back to Dr. McCormick if something like this happens a gain.

My wife was right when she told me Dr. McCormick would get rid of my back pain. I walked into his clinic in major pain and within the hour he had me feeling almost 100%. I will be back again. Next treatment I am going to have him help me quit smoking. I've heard about some of his big successes with that too.

Our experience being treated by Dr. McCormick was very pleasant. My husband and I were glad to find an acupuncturist here in town. He had very good results with his one treatment for back pain. My issues are more complicated and I understand that I will need more regular visits. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. I'm not a good person at taking tablets of anything even herbal supplements, so I will just have to rely on the acupuncture to regulate my hormones. The treatment did work since I have not had any night sweats or hot flashes since I went to see him. I'm happy with the effect and he is very professional and kind.
