Dr. Velazquez is the best doctor I've ever had in my life (more than 60 years of life at this writing). He's knowledgable and takes pains to keep himself up-to-date. He's attentive, caring and thoroughly professional. He doesn't impose his authority. Instead, he offers advice and engages in conversation with me that I always feel is genuinely open and open-ended. Medically and morally, his doors are wide open. Who could ask for anything more?

Dr. Velazquez, is the most amazing Primary Care physician I've had to care for me. He is personable, with a warm loving professional bed side approach. His knowledge of the medicine is far reaching from his practice. No matter when I text, email or call there is always an immediate response. His staff is friendly and prompt, and they are never too busy to help me when I call. Thank you Dr. Velazquez for being my Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Velazquez is the best Dr. I've ever had. He's professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He's also very respectful and he replies to all my emails and inquiries no matter how dumb they may be. I love this Dr and would recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding doctor, very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, an excellent listener and diagnostician. He has been my primary doctor for many years and I am very pleased that he has my good health as a priority.
