We love Dr. Hiser. We have 4 kids and was recommended to him from our friends (entire neighborhood). In the beginning we loved coming to Hiser Orthodontics. The staff knew us not only by name, but knew our life, school activities, church, birthdays. We were family for sure. I noticed a while back that things began to change. We did feel like family anymore. Things seemed very corporate!!! I have to say this is not a good image for your practice. I could call the office and they knew exactly who I was. This is no longer the case. I call into a main call center. I feel like a number. They are not friendly. They are rude. They are not concerned about my time. They are only concerned about how fast they can get off the phone with me. They are not concerned about school scheduling, testing, illness or an emergency situations. This has really made me question about coming back with future children. This is not the first time I have expressed my feelings. I will tell you that we drive from the other side of town to come to this location. We pass about 10 our 11 other orthodontists to come to see Dr. Hiser. Again, We love Dr. Hiser. He is the only reason we are here. GET BACK to caring!!

I do not care for how long it takes to get through on the phone. I also do not like not talking directly to this office when io call.

The doctor was great with my timid 18 month old. The office staff was extremely gracious, polite and totally accommodating. I would totally recommend them to any discriminating parent looking for a great dentist.
