Everything went smoothly on the day of the colonoscopy procedure. On time and efficient. In advance of the procedure, the staff called me several times to ask the same question was I vaccinated-/- and never seemed to note the response, so I got many unnecessary calls. But other than that minor complaint, I was very satisfied.

While the doctor and clinicians were exceptional the follow up was inadequate. I was instructed to follow up in a month following the procedure and when I called to schedule they said Dr. Krueger did not availability so I would need to see someone else. I still have been unable to schedule follow up.

Everything went as planned and on schedule. I was in and out from surgery center in about an hour. Unheard for a colonoscopy. Staff very accomodating and Dr. Krueger is the best.

Dr. Krueger always listens about my complaints and is sympathetic to some of my outrageous sounding complaints. She explains everything in great detail and makes sure you feel comfortable with where your treatment is going
