We appreciated that the staff were always very warm & welcoming (especially Zoey, Emily, and Trisha). They did their best to answer our many questions, especially as we became more concerned about repeated failed IUIs and several early-stage miscarriages. On some visits, Dr. Frattarelli was very patient and thorough in addressing these questions; during other visits we felt rushed. We felt the nurse practitioners were also very accommodating and that they attempted to address our concerns when possible. While this process was ultimately successful for us and we are extremely grateful, we were often concerned about the non-individualized nature of the treatment, given that our frequent blood test results did not seem to be used to refine or customize our IUI procedure, though this may be an inherent limitation in the process and no fault of the staff. We also had a number of snafus over the course of treatment, including unsuccessful blood draws (when Zoey wasn't here), mix-ups with directions on when or whether to take medications, a couple of failures to call us back and let us know whether or not we should take a pill, a generally confusing billing system, and not letting us know about options for alternative funding sources to get better fertility meds until late in the process. All that said, we are very grateful for the efforts of Dr. Frattarelli and his staff throughout this process. One recommendation we have to further improve the facility is to incorporate a mental health practitioner into the office. It goes without saying that this is an extremely stressful and potentially traumatizing experience for many, and supplemental counseling services provided in-house would likely be a wonderful asset for many of your patients.

The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, reassuring, and supportive. This was an extremely emotional process and they made put us at ease through the entire process. Miu was there completely and assured us whenever we had questions or concerns with honest and open feedback. Zoe was awesome! She made my many blood draws almost painless due to her skill. Her smile made me happy to see her each time. Dr. Fraterelli was kind, frank, and honest. He didn't sugar coat anything but gave us real sound advice and told us the simple truth. His skill is was impeccable and most of my procedures were painless. Now that we've conceived after 7 years of infertility, I have no question of his skill. This was a wonderful experience and anyone fortunate enough to come here will surely have as wonderful as an experience as we have had.

My experience with dr. Frattereli and his team has been a great experience. His team is very knowledgable and experienced and truly want what is best for you. From my first appointment here, I have always received the most honest direction from him and his team and never questioned his professional opinion from him or his staff. Throughout my in vitro process, the team gave me thorough instruction and care, that of which, resulted in pregnancy. After pregnancy result, the team continued to care and guide me through the proper actions to take while pregnant that would result in the most healthy baby. I wholeheartedly stand by this team and am so thankful for everything they have done for me and my new family.
